8. Casting: Put the (sand mold) ceramic shell into the sintering furnace and burn it to 1000°C-1150°C. The copper liquid was poured into a clay pot. After cooling, the outer ceramic shell was broken. Inside is the thick embryo of the bronze sculpture we made;
9. Decoration and treatment of copper sculpture castings: a series of final treatments such as sandblasting and cleaning, cutting, grinding, heat treatment, plastic surgery, machining, polishing cast copper sculptures;
10. Surface effect treatment and protection: The desired effect of copper carving surface treatment, such as gold, gold, lacquer or heat coloring, and finally waxing protection and polishing.
